Report of a Near Miss SCBA Accident at Westinghouse WIPP |
| The following is a report of a near miss injury which occurred during a training exercise comprised of several mine rescue teams.
This incident occurred on July 28, 1999. This report is being made available for the benefit of those using the equipment involved or comtemplating aquiring these devices.
We at the USMRA are hopeful that future reports of a similar nature be made available by the appropriate agencies and manufacturers to all personnel engaged in these and similar activities. |
